Placed a last minute order this weekend and they were very accommodating! Delivery was made on time and my sister who received the gift said it was beautiful and super fresh! Thank you!

Extremely poor customer satisfaction! My Valentine order to my daughter and granddaughters was not satisfactorily delivered and still has not been! I attempted to contact store several times and was unable to connect. I left a message in virtual chat and have never been contacted. Very poor rating for this location and would not recommend doing business with them.

Since this review, the new manager of the Southside location has gone over and above to rectify my situation! I’m extremely satisfied and am thankful for the way things worked out! Megan will be an excellent manager!

Happy customer and I’m sure busy seasons for the store gets overwhelmed with orders. I had an expectation that needed some resolution and I’m happy to say it was resolved with empathy and far better than what I expected. More importantly, my new friend friend enjoyed her Valentines basket and not only was the basket pretty, she said the fruit were very delicious. We’re happy campers 🏁🏁🏁🎈🎈
