I was experiencing a wasp problem inside the house and so they prioritized my appointment. Came when they said they would, isolated the problem - wasp nests AND mud masons in exhaust vents - and worked late to fix it. They were professional and prompt. The level of customer service is higher than other pest control companies I've worked with. I recommend them!
Love how friendly everyone is, Derrick is super informative and always has great feedback. They all are above and beyond help and Everytime someone asks who we use, I proudly give them a business card and hope they don't steal my guy I've had for 4 years from rental to my own home. I have other great experts from Busy Bee come and they also are knowledgeable and helpful. Office team is also great and fun to talk to also. We always laugh!

I had an excellent experience with busy bee the other day! The guy who came to our house was informative and efficient in his work. I’ll never use anybody else for the job.
We did a remodel on our home and needed to beat the rain on a Friday or cancel our concrete and delay our project another week. The owner said his guys were already headed home but let me grab a truck and I'll be over in 45 minutes - Scott saved the day! Nice folks and personal service is what it's all about. Busy Bee is the only pest control I would ever use or reccomend.
