Both men I have dealt with in the office - Rueben and Jeff - are knowledgeable, experienced, patient and respectful to me as a single woman in explaining issues. They are helping me to maintain two cars with 170K+ miles on them and I trust their advice. They have never tried to "sell" me on a service or push me to set an appointment. They stay busy, I recommend calling to set an appointment. Their hours are better now for working folks to be able to make it on either end.”

Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my vehicle, giving me a new bummer, making sure the trunk hinger were in place, repainting, and assuring my backup camera was functioning. They also sent me updates about every other day on the status of my vehicle and it was even done early! Jim Allbrooks was my service advisor whom I highly recommend. I hope I don't get in a car wreck again anytime soon, but if you find yourself in my shoes this is the place to go!”

“Because they were so highly recommended on YELP, I called them for service, and they were terrific: on time, thorough, friendly, willing to explain what they were doing and reasonably priced. After the service, we left the house for a long trip. When we got back, there were some/few silver fish in the house. The company was right on top of it, and very willing to come back. The technician came back for a respray, and explained that it takes awhile for the problem to go away from the treatment he had done in the attic. Despite that, he resprayed. What great service! I'm very particular about service people in my home, and I can give them "Five Stars," without reservation.”
