Dr Miles took the time to know us before we decided to become her patient, she did home visits for the first month or our baby’s life so we wouldn’t have to drive our newborn around in the middle of a pandemic, and has accommodated our lifestyle and vaccination schedule preferences without a problem. She has answered all of our texts with even the most basic questions, which as new parents and trying to figure out how baby’s “work” has been golden! She even called us back on a Sundays for a true emergency. She treats our baby holistically not only monitoring her physical development but also her cognitive, behavioral and emotional development.
