(August 21, 2019, 9:02 pm)I was skeptical about getting a Sam’s Club membership, but I decided to purchase a Groupon for a year membership. I must say that so far I got my money’s worth, and I’ve only had the card for a month. I purchased a $45 dollar Groupon which gave a me a year membership, $20 e-gift, a free rotisserie chicken, fruit platter, whole pizza, and pack of cookies. Also, if I purchased $25 online, I get an additional $25 e-gift. Now I must say this was a deal.
Now mind you I don’t think I’ll ever in my life need a 5 lb bag of anything, but surprisingly I found a few things that I actually thought were reasonable to buy. They had cool first aid kit that I thought would be great to put in the trunk of my car. I also got some protein drinks that I normally pay a ridiculous price for in regular stores. There are a ton of other things that I saw that were actually pretty decent deals. Also, it didn’t hurt that after shopping I was able to get a decent deal on gas. Win!
I can’t guarantee that I’ll get a membership next year, but I’m going to make use of my membership for this year.
