The room and facility were clean, the breakfast was basic and the staff were nice. Laundry was free to use which is really nice.
Everything was good just one thing they missed our scheduled room cleaning twice.... We had to request and rescheduled twice...
That's the only sad point but all other experience there was great.

Stayed for a couple days. The rooms were nice, clean and new. Bartender was great. The cook made some crazy hot honey Parm wings which were very good. The folks at the front desk were very nice. Transportation was great. They made sure they were ready when I needed a ride. And they came as soon as I called.

This new hotel is very relaxing, stylish, well appointed and excellently managed. Having the convenience of a dedicated shuttle bus to Mayo Clinic made a big difference for getting to and from the hospital. The shower here also has a built in seat and hand rails. The excercise center is more spacious with more options than the average hotel and the pool has a chair lift for easy access. We were also pleased to learn that the air conditioner filters in fresh air to each room separately. There are several common areas as well that are great for relaxing or spending time with family.
