  The staff was very helpful. They found the two batteries I needed and installed them for me right there in the store. It was quick and efficient.

  Our car battery died in the parking lot after working out and I went in to try and buy some jumper cables. The young man working there instead volunteered to come over and use their battery booster and got our car cranked for us. He was very nice and friendly and I will be back to do business with them again

  I went in on a Friday afternoon without any sort of appointment to have my Pixel 3 battery replaced. Staff was very friendly from the start and the replacement itself only took two hours! I thought I was going to have to leave my phone overnight! I was mistakenly told that it would take about an hour so they actually gave me a $10 off coupon for the inconvenience even though I had called the night before to get a price estimate and was told at that time it would be a two hour repair. The price for the repair ($74 without the coupon) was a lot less than what I expected it to be, especially given the efficiency, cost of labor, and outstanding customer service. I cannot give my experience at this location anything less than 5/5 stars. The employee who helped me was incredible, I didn't catch their name but they were wearing a Life Is Strange pin! You rock :)

  I am treated politely and promptly every time I visit this store. They have taken care of all my needs and are always very friendly.

  I needed some batteries for computer backup devices. Person from behind the counter came out on the floor and asked me what I was looking for.
  He provided excellent customer service!
