“My neurologist is awesome. Dr. O’Brien takes the time to answer all your Questions, extensive neurological exam and explains everything in lay man terms. She is very professional, has an exceptional bed side manner and very easy to talk to. From the receptionist at the entryway, receptionist in neurological office and nurse they come highly recommended. X-Ray today went above and beyond my expectations!! Recognition here please!! Very professional, sweet, explained to me sometimes twice during my x-rays with patience and a smile. The receptionist at x-ray we’re outstanding too. “My visit to the Endocrinology department was with Dr. Gunjan Y Gandhi. He is kind, a good listener, and is patient. I appreciated that he acknowledged and spoke to me about my concerns and he never rushed me. His goal remained how he could best help me to his ability. At the end of my visit, I was instructed to wait in the room and a staff member would be there shortly to check me out. I waited quite awhile before I felt something was wrong and made my way to the front desk. The scheduling coordinators here are incredibly welcoming, friendly and accountable. When I told them of my wait and that perhaps I may have been forgotten while they were busy, they immediately were honest and said that is very much so what happened and they took responsibility and apologized. I love that every one of these ladies were so kind about it, and they were really helpful in checking me out and answering all of my questions. I absolutely recommend being seen here.”

“We went here for our delivery of our newborn. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. The nurses each seemed to have their own special talent. One was encouraging, another was realistic, another was an expert swaddleR, another radiated caring. It was a blessing to have a great team to help with our first birth and we recommend to anyone looking for a cool environment with cool people to help with the birth. Side note, bring your own pillow for sleeping.”

“I was refused care at the UF wild light urgent care in yulee. I had made an appointment and they called and canceled it. They said the doctor did not want to see or treat me. I went to the Emergency Room for treatment. The registration staff was very friendly and helpful. I was registered within 10 minutes of arrival. I waited maybe another 30 minutes, if that, to be called back. Dr. Beardsley came to see me very quickly after being taken to a room. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained my treatment with me. The nurse was very nice as well. She went over the discharge instructions and made sure I understood everything. It was a very quick visit and everything was great. I wish every ER visit went as smoothly as this one did. I think I was there between 1 to 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this ER.”
