(July 18, 2020, 8:40 am)I visited this place after dropping my phone in water. Yikes!!! I was in such concern over losing all my data. Elmer helped me. He was not only kind and polite but very efficient, as well. He gave me a time to come back to pick my phone up THAT DAY and it was ready when I got there. He did not try to take advantage of my situation by offering all kinds of trumped up options but did suggest that I replace the battery, should I have more problems. I felt valued as a customer and trusted his professional opinion. I did end up replacing the battery...it made sense. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, if you have problems with your phone and want old school, good old-fashioned customer service! I gladly sign my name. Anita
(June 11, 2020, 7:15 pm)Dominic and company were amazing. They were super nice and fixed my phone fast. Their pricing is amazing! They were also extremely patient when I was "that person" arriving to the store at the literal last minute! I highly recommend them!
(January 20, 2020, 2:06 pm)My niece dropped her iPad and it finally died. I brought it over to 10000 cellphones and they were able to fix it. The turn around time was exceptional and the customer service top notch. Any phone or tablet issues this best place to have it fixed in Jacksonville hands down.
