“I am very delighted to write this review for my Attorney's Mark Rosenberg and Mark Calvin. They do an outstanding job of taking care of their clients. I felt as if I was a part of the Rosenberg/Calvin family, and Mr. Calvin would keep in contact with me either via emails or telephone to check up on me and my children. Everyone in the office was very pleasant, thoughtful, and very easy to work with. Every time I had to go into the office, I was greeted with kindness and respect. There was never a time that I made a call and did not speak with my attorney; even if he was busy I was confident he would return my call. There was never a single time that I would have to address any issues with his assistant; these Attorneys completely value their clients. As a former Court Room Clerk, the first things I look for in an attorney are; truthfulness, genuine, loyalty to a case, ability to handle pressure from the opposing attorney, ability to win cases and most importantly patient. I never once felt as if I were just someone they wanted to pass on and forget, even after my case had ended they kept in contact. “Had to leave the place cause I was leaving Jacksonville but There won't be a better apartment complex in all of Jacksonville.. Perfect location that's close to downtown, grocery store right next to apartment & plenty of restaurants close by... best place to be if you work in the downtown area.. Secure neighborhood Beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi & backyard with astonishing view of St John's river... Apartment management is very responsible & hard working... Shout out to Karen (Apartment manager), who's dilgency, hard work & willingness to resident's well being, is beyond my best description.. Highly recommended complex!!!”

“I wish I could give more stars. This was only my second time visiting this restaurant and it was such a great experience. We walked up to the host stand and the host had asked us if we would like to have a seat in the basement. I was curious and I said yes, which was the best thing I could have agreed to. It was a downstairs basement with a few booths and a bar. There weren’t many people sitting down there which made the atmosphere kind of romantic. They played all of my favorite kind of music (90s and 2000s alternative rock) which is so cool for a restaurant to play because usually most restaurants play some kind of pop music or something. Our server (I didn’t get her name) was excellent and checked on us frequently. There was another server that was going around selling Jell-O shots for charity, which was for the homeless LGBTQ+ in Jacksonville. I loved that! The food was great and the beers were really good. Overall, the restaurant and the staff were amazing and made our date together really fun. Definitely going back!”
