Dr. Castelli and his team are fantastic! I came in after starting to experience pain in my neck and low back That was preventing me from being able to work out and the pain was becoming more constant. I’ve been in a car accident years ago and hurt my back lifting heavy weights over the years. Just after a few weeks of treatment into my plan now and I feel so much better and he also Noticed a lateral tilt In my pelvis affecting my spine, The way I walked and even some asymmetry in my body. My favorite days are my massage days with cupping. They make it so convenient was short wait times are able to adjust my schedule. The entire team is so friendly and explains Steps and treatment very clearly throughout the process. I was referred to Dr. Castelli via close friend who Said great things and trusted him. So glad I chose them and made the investment.

I started coming to Dr. Castelli's office in spring after visiting a neurologist. Dr. C has a great balance between being personable and a great planner. I always felt like there was a plan and he kept up with my progress. With my busy schedule I find time to visit as recommended. My pain is more manageable and I have a better understanding of what I can do as a patient to increase my "pain free days." Massage and adjustments have helped me make it through challenging weeks as a med student. Also, his office is comfortable and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I would recommend his office to anyone challenged with lower back or hip pain.
