Wonderful place and great staff from doctors to nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and cna's. Great experience even though you have had a traumatic experience if you are a patient
My name Julius Caesar hendrix my rehab at this facility were a blessing, the nursing/ p.t./ o,.t / food service/ social service etc deserves a special award from the city of Jax Florida I’m overwhelmed by the care and hard work those people are doing there and I really miss the staff !
