Palm Bay Club

I went to tour this place based on a friends recommendation and I absolutely fell in love with the complex. Dickie was our leasing agent and did the best job at explain everything and showed us as many floor plans as possible. Highly recommend!

Moved from out of state to Palm Bay Club without knowing anything of the area (or Florida), the grounds were so pristine and the staff so nice when I visited that I decided to take the leap and move here. It's been amazing, I use the dog park almost everyday. The staff, especially Tyler and Melissa have been amazing, when I did need to put in a work order it was responded to so quickly and the maintenance crew is so friendly and knowledgeable. The large floor plan, screened lanai and how close we are to the beach and St Augustine make this place perfect for me. I've been here 3 months and have not heard any neighbors while inside the apartment, very peaceful and quiet.
