“I had a great experience here. Dr. O’Connell has a wonderful bedside manner, was extremely thorough, and put me at ease during a short procedure. There is a great energy in the office as a whole. I do not love the “call back” system for making an appointment. If you miss the call the following day, you have to start all over again. I had to stay glued to my phone so I did not have to repeat this process over and over. It did not take away from the 5 stars though and is simply something I wish they would change.”
