He’s done it again Sir Richard Wright is Awesome!!! Couldn’t be happier, made my first purchase back in 2018 and with such a great experience I’ve decided to go back and upgrade to the 2021 Nissan Rogue. He is very professional and personable, all around great guy who won’t pressure you into anything. Richard is all about great customer service you won’t regret any purchase or lease.

I was greeted by Katie, and taken to my service adviser, Laurie. I believe this is the second time Laurie has been my assigned adviser. She is very thorough, professional, candid, helpful, friendly....and appreciated! She made sure I understood the service regarding the recall on my Rogue, as well as the other aspects of service.

To get the windows tinted, I talked with Lee. There was a mix up with my appointment time. Lee fixed everything! They have a tinting specialist. He did an extraordinary job on my windows! I thought my car looked great before...now it looks superb!

My experience was great. The service writer Ted was able to answer all of my questions in regards to my warranty and the shop was able to easily diagnose and fix my issue. Even with the major problem that my car had, I go it back with in a day of dropping it off. Excellent service all around and a group of people that create a family like environment!!
