“I love my furniture from Furniture Mart!! Debbie D. is an amazing designer who listened well to my interests and offered many ideas and options to help create the desired look and functionality of the furniture for our home redecorating update. She kept the budget in mind and offered more options when I preferred a different cost or color or fabric choice. Today we had Delivery One (of multiple deliveries over the next few months). We were so excited to see the quality of each piece! I also want to brag on the two men who delivered the furniture… Kyle and Q! Both were so careful with each piece of furniture and artwork and were so friendly with great personalities as well. This is the third time we’ve used Furniture Mart to update our furniture. The furniture has always been incredible quality. We’ve never had any issues with any of our furniture … until a few days ago when a puppy we were dog sitting walked across my freshly painted picture and left acrylic paw prints all over my brown leather sofa. 😳 We’ve had a five star experience with Furniture Mart time and time again - with the designers, delivery crew, and all the staff and have absolutely loved our furniture purchases. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Mark gave us the perfect deal, that we were looking for! Pete made all of the paperwork easy & was delightful to work with on our deal. To get the windows tinted, I talked with Lee. There was a mix up with my appointment time. Lee fixed everything! They have a tinting specialist. He did an extraordinary job on my windows! “*Update* - Since my first review when I moved to Jacksonville about 8 years ago, I still go to this Ford dealership because of the great service. I even purchased a car from them in 2016. From the sales team to the service department these guys have taken great care of me over the years. Special thanks to my service advisor, Ken Thompson, for always being so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I never have to second guess him because he's always honest and upfront with me. I appreciate him. Older post - The first time I came into this Ford dealership was for a recall. I had no idea how great these guys would be. Mike Matthews is the epitome of customer service! From our first conversation he made me feel like I was talking with family. He was a great listener, very informative and he checked on me routinely while my vehicle was being serviced. Though the service took a little while to complete, his friendliness made up for that wait and I'll always come back because of it.”

“Easy to come in and get things done. They have self service printers that you can scan, print, and copy things. The employees were very nice and always helpful. There's even a fax machine here. You can use a paper cutter, scissors, stapler, and other stuff for free here. It's affordable to make prints in color and black and white. Definitely a good place to come if you don't have a printer at home :) however sometimes these printers are not working or on.”

“Went to this place looking at a car I found on car guru. I was met by a man named Andre. Maybe thats spelled right. Any way he took my info, got me to test drive the car. Still wasn't sure what to do, so i told him I'd be back on a Wednesday, this was Monday. Well Wednesday came and I was to busy to make it. I ended up going Thursday, he was very very polite and accommodating. Let me test drive the car again, and a different car. All the while he worked with me listened to my questions, and reassured me of everything . I ended up getting the car and Andre walked me through everything. I honestly couldn't of asked for a better place or person to help me family through the tough decision of buying a car. As well as the manager and the guy who helped finalize everything at the end. This place truly has a wonderful staff that makes you feel at home and at ease. Thank yall so much for helping my family and I purchase our car.”
