“Seriously the customer service is beyond amazing. You come in there and they'll do whatever they can to get you what you need. They have military discounts on select items since you know everything is already marked down. Glen got us a Simon beauty rest for cheap am talking really cheap, if your military I know how you just don't want to invest cause any minute plans can change. I thought I could find cheaper and told him honestly I'll be back when I look at these other stores. Glen told me go ahead and if you do come back, it's still in stock and the same rate. What a mistake I made to even leave, I ended up going to A and A brothers (which yea I left a horrible review to a horrible place for, and they had the guts to do a review for themselves that I reported) and I got the shock of my life. The rudest, meanest, ugliest man there. Please don't go there. I went right back to Bed Bed Bed and Glen and his staff got me packed in my Mazda 6 small car so I wouldn't have to pay for delivery. It was the best experience and treatment I have received in Jacksonville. Thank you very much Bed Bed Bed. Our mattress is amazing thanks to your help. Bought today 01/13/17.”
