Physical therapist Marie Bogh has worked miracles for my wife and me. She has provided physical therapy for total knee replacements in both knees, torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders as well as other ailments for me. When my wife was facing surgery for a herniated disc in her lower back; Marie's physical therapy techniques allowed my wife to avoid surgery. Physical therapy at her clinic as well as religiously following her prescribed at home program of exercises has allowed us to remain physically active in the dance community. We are thankful to have Marie's physical therapy expertise in our lives.

I was diagnosed with "desiccated" disks L4, L5 and S1 in July. My two options were surgery or physical therapy, which I was told if I chose surgery, I'd have to do pt before. I did not think they could help me at all. I worked with Ashley twice a week and was approved for 18 visits by my insurance. When I first went, I was taking 800 mg of ibuprofen daily to survive and woke up in pain, couldn't do my job. After 2 months of physical therapy, I don't even take pain medicine for my back once a month. I can go to a Jags game and walk to my seat and sit and not be in pain. I'm not 100 percent and never will be but I'm 100 percent better from how I felt in August. If you are considering surgery or are in pain, go see Ashley and do what she says!
