“9/14/2023 Great experience at the Beltone at Kernan and Beach Blvds., a couple of doors east of the Publix! Matthew Meza, the specialist, was professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. He checked my hearing with a set of hearing aids, and compared it to my previous test there in 2021. He explained everything in detail: my test results, the type of hearing loss, and purchase options, including total cost, with my insurance applied, in case I choose to purchase hearing aids; and he sent me home with a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week, free of cost. I have great confidence in Matt Meza and Beltone. The intake receptionist was also excellent.”

One daughter was extremely afraid of needles, and she couldn’t praise him enough for how kind and gentle he was in administering the anesthesia.
