“When we had a serious issue with duck-week/scum on our canal running between our properties in our subdivision in Mandarin. I was fortunate to meet Evin of Fl. Lake Mgmt. He was doing the ponds at our Taylor Residences properties. He came, looked and gave us a spraying service. Within no time at all, the canal was beautiful again; able to feed our wild turtles, fish and even get our beautiful long neck geese back to visit us. It is such a pleasure to work with Evin and have the best possible service. We happily retained them on a yearly basis and feel so grateful. Our neighbors and we definitely recommend Evin and Fl. “I am a little concerned about the return policy mentioned in other reviews, however for my purposes this store was awesome! I was here for nursing attire. I tried on items in store, so there is no need to return items anyway. I like that they had sections labeled by category for things like "layers" (tees for under your scrubs) or jacket length lab coats etc. It made it much easier than walking all around trying to find each brand's options. I REALLY liked that. I was greeted by a store member while browsing and he asked if I needed any help. So, I felt customer service was fine. Appreciate that he wasn't following me around etc and just allowed me to shop at my leisure. I also like that that labeled tall vs petite for scrubs, and they DO have plus sizes for us curvy folks. The store was very clean and neat.”

Matthew Meza, the specialist, was professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. He checked my hearing with a set of hearing aids, and compared it to my previous test there in 2021. He explained everything in detail: my test results, the type of hearing loss, and purchase options, including total cost, with my insurance applied, in case I choose to purchase hearing aids; and he sent me home with a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week, free of cost. I have great confidence in Matt Meza and Beltone. The intake receptionist was also excellent.”

“This location has become my go to location. I have both of my vehicles serviced here. I live on the far westside of town but the customer service here is top notch so to me it is worth my time and drive. Today I arrived pretty late - almost closing time but without hesitation I was signaled to get in line. I had the pleasure of meeting Jay and Noah this afternoon and both of them were extremely polite and had a smiles on their faces the entire time they interacted with me. They were the absolute BEST!! They definitely put a smile on my face. After my service Jay went over everything they did on my vehicle and made sure I didn't have any questions and that I was satisfied with the service.
