One session of that had a life changing impact on me, however she will use whatever modality you are most comfortable with. “Our family had to make unexpected funeral arrangements for a young family member in Jacksonville. This was the first time we had to deal with anything like this. Tommy and the Peeples staff are absolutely wonderful, extremely patient, and made everything so easy. They compassionately went above and beyond during the worst time in our family's life. They were always available to speak with us whether that was in person or via phone and answered each and every question we had at any time. Tommy also did his best for us to be able to see our family member twice before the funeral service. Although this was difficult for the staff to accomplish, it meant the world to us and they recognized that so, in the end, we were able to see our family member. Most in this business are more concerned with making money and display a lack of humility, empathy, and compassion towards the grieving family, but not Peeples. They are also conveniently located and have a beautiful facility. No words can express how grateful we are of Tommy and his staff at Peeples Family Funeral Homes. We HIGHLY recommend them.”
