“I brought my daughter on a Sunday (5/28/23) and the woman at check in, Melissa, was absolutely amazing. She was busy, but never short or rude with me. She spoke to my daughter in such a kind manner and made time to have a quick little conversation with us. When she gave my daughter her bracelet, she made a little bow with it. Little things like that make such a difference in the patient/customer experience. Most people barely make eye contact with you when you're checking in somewhere, they just run down the list of things to do and move on, but Melissa was so personable and just really great. Our actual nurse was not so great, she was a little rough with my daughter and didn't have a warm personality or bedside manner. All the stars are for Melissa, I hope she's recognized for her level of patient care.”

“I had the most compassionate, caring nurse. Her name is Shelby! She is a ER Nurse. I came here because we live in Kingsland Ga. That hospital sucks. They’ve misdiagnosed myself and others I know. And all around just suck. So we drive the extra 25 min to come to this hospital. Unfortunately my visit to the ER was with my son, and my husband. I unfortunately am suffering from a miscarriage. My first one ever. My nurse Shelby immediately was so caring, kind, thoughtful, sweet, helpful nurse. Genuinely, the best I’ve ever had. She made this whole experience bearable and easier. The ER doctor I have is just as awesome. But the highlight of my whole year is Shelby. She not only paid close attention to my son, while taking the best care of me. She was active with him, and did her job effortlessly. Without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was like I had a friend, as a nurse. Which is how it’s supposed to feel! My son loved her and told her how pretty she is. (: I’m just very thankful that in this hard time, I was able to receive top-notch care from a Nurse who is here for more than just a paycheck. You can see her big heart. It radiates from her. I honestly wish more nurses had the heart she does. Not to mention, I love this ER because every time I’ve came here, it’s been fast, efficient, and always very clean.”

“When we had a serious issue with duck-week/scum on our canal running between our properties in our subdivision in Mandarin. I was fortunate to meet Evin of Fl. Lake Mgmt. He was doing the ponds at our Taylor Residences properties. He came, looked and gave us a spraying service. Within no time at all, the canal was beautiful again; able to feed our wild turtles, fish and even get our beautiful long neck geese back to visit us.
