“The front staff members are always super friendly. The medical assistants are amazing and Dr. Rustin is a phenomenal doctor. Dr. Rustin always gets My one year old to be as comfortable as possible during his examinations. He answers all of my questions effectively and doesn't make me feel like a bad parent for having questions. He gives anticipatory milestone for the next few months and advice on how to handle the milestones. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes in the lobby even for last minute sick visits. They always are able to get my son seen quickly, if necessary. I especially like the separate waiting rooms for sick and well visits. Having a new baby during the pandemic is stressful enough and the waiting rooms gave me more peace of mind going into a medical facility.They're prompt when answering the phones and the nurse (Julie?) who answers medical questions on the phone is always very helpful. Mandarin pediatrics is truly the best medical office experience I've ever had and I'm glad I chose them for my son!”

“My Dad was admitted to Avante after leaving the hospital. At this time he was very ill and needed 24/7 care. I was a bit hesitant to send him here after reading the reviews online. I will say the facility definitely could use updating, but the staff was amazing. Everyone of the staff members who attended to my Dad went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for and comfortable. Staff members gave me their mobile numbers to call them if we needed anything or felt that my Dad was not being taken care of the way we expected. I was there everyday, sometimes 2x per day and I witnessed the the staff was caring and compassionate to all residents.”

“We recently were gifted with an adorable male Dorkie pup, named Oscar. He was 9 weeks at the time and due for some shots. Dr. Ayo Akande & his staff weighed, examined and gave our new family member, Oscar his shots. The vet confirmed he had a hernia and provided excellent options on how to treat and correct this birth defect. The Dr. even offered referrals to other area vet experts. Every staff member was polite, kind, helpful and made our visit ‘great’. They also saw our older female Dachshund, Coco. We had been using a large vet clinic in Jax, but are now making a change to Bartram Park Animal Hospital for Oscar and Coco. If you are looking for a new vet or considering a change, try this team of animal professionals. Their prices are reasonable, but not outrageous.”
