The leasing process is simple and almost done entirely through the Solera leasing portal and email. It also helps that the leasing office is very responsive and was able to help me immediately if I had questions or concerns. Solera at Kendall West Apartments is beautiful and very high end. The developers did their best to make these apartments as comfortable as possible with any amenity you can think of. Did I mention Solera is dog friendly? Well... they have a dog park with a dog bathing station right next to it! Most importantly Solera feels very safe. This is a gated community with very tight access. You either have to have access or know a resident that has access to get into the community. So far I am loving my apartment and community.”

The condo interior space was clean with a very homey touch and useful amenities for your convenience as well. With respectable neighbors; you won't get the weekend rowdy bunch much here. “My wife and I have lived here for close to a year now and have loved it. The apartments are nice but the best part is the office and maintenance staff. Eva made us feel welcomed and excited at our first visit and has maintained that attitude almost a year later. The maintenance staff is also amazing and will go out of their way to help you even without making a formal request. If you do make a request, its responded to within an hour and resolved by the end of the day. They have also surprised us with treats for ourselves and our pets! Overall, this place is a great place to live!”
