They offered you a drink and then your esthetician will take you to the spa room for some tea and treats before the facial. She cleansed my skin, facial massage, facial enzyme mask, shoulder massage , wrapped my foot with hot towels, arm massage, pore extraction, then massage again. Also, I think the room should be darker for relaxation.”
