Joe and Jeff from JKJohns came out within moments after BBB sent out my request to find a roofing company due to a leak during hurricane season in the summer of 2024. They got up on my roof and found the leak immediately and were kind enough to patch it until I decided to hire them for a complete roof coating. I hadn't even hired them yet. I thought that was very kind of them. We were right in the middle of of three hurricanes at the time. BBB sent out three requests for estimates and JK Johns was the first and the best estimate I got. I chose them for the job because they were quite professional and personable as well! They worked me into their busy schedule even between the hurricanes. It's a year later now and I have had no problems at all. I highly recommend JKJohns Roofing for any and all roofing services.
