“When I received a notice from my insurance company to upgrade the panel in my home, I was worried about finding a qualified contractor to complete the work by the deadline. When I reached out to Amped Electric for a quote, I had a (very reasonable!) written estimate with a detailed scope of work within 24 hours. Not even 48 hours later, they texted me to let me know the permit had been pulled and confirmed the date they would be out to do the upgrade. The day prior to my scheduled install, my electric provider dropped the ball and told me they couldn’t schedule the temporary power shutoff until 3 days after my insurance company’s replacement deadline. Amped *immediately* called my service provider and really went to bat for me to make sure this job would go on as scheduled to meet the deadline. That day, I received multiple updates on the progress while I was at work. When I got home, the first thing I noticed was that Jayson and his crew left the work area cleaner than what they walked into! My service provider was running *very* behind on reconnecting my service. Jayson stuck around for 3 hours after he was done waiting on them — I had to beg the guy to go home as I was driving home from work! He called me hourly to see if I was up and running — they went so above and beyond to hold my provider to make it right with me. I can’t thank them enough. We’re lucky to have this great local, family-owned company run by such good, honest people. They deserve your business — Call them!”

The doctor's associates worked diligently to obtain an appointment date and time that was convenient for me, and then took the time to call with a reminder to ensure everything was a "go". Before I even arrived at the clinic, I was very impressed! When I met the wonderful people at the clinic in person, I was equally impressed, everyone there was working as a team to get me the help I needed. You're not just met by a, "Sign in and sit down," you're met with friendly faces wanting to know what they could do to help you! What a HUGE difference in being treated as a respected patient instead of being just another case. Knowing that specialist visits can make patients a bit nervous, they chatted with me and the other people waiting to see the doctor to put everyone at ease. It's honestly a pleasure to work with kind and personable staff. When I met Dr. Fattah, my admiration exceeded any expectations! The doctor took his time in assessing and evaluating my condition and asking questions that should have been asked over 20 years ago. His professionalism, skill, kindness, and empathy resulted in diagnosing my symptoms and getting me the long-overdue assistance and relief that I needed. He even provided me with a sample pack of my new prescription so that I didn't have a delay in taking it until after it was filled. THIS IS HOW A DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND VISIT SHOULD BE! I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Fattah, and I am so thankful for his wonderful staff! The Headache and Neurology Clinic is THE BEST!”

I gave this place 2 stars from the get go, honestly not even going here in the 1st place, just because they do not have shakes on their menu 😔 Which is a big deal for me. That's why Taco Bell is not my all time fast food restaurant. They could be, but again...no shakes. However, my wife dragged me here today. And being the old geezer that I am, I forgot about this review. Anyway, I ordered the simple chicken sandwich with fries, not having any high expectations. I was totally caught off guard on how good this meal was. It was just a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries. But man, it was really good! The sandwich has 3 large strips of what they call the "fillet mignon" of the chicken. Well that was correct 💯 And the spices and sauce on the chicken, AND the spices on the fries🍟was delicious 😋 I will have to try the Cole slaw next time For sure I give this $9.99 meal a 10 out of 10 for a great value delicious meal. The atmosphere was typical, and the men's bathroom was out of order. Everything was clean, and the acodoment counter was well stocked. The cashier was fine. Not friendly or unfriendly,but at least efficient. My wife's chicken salad looked too good with solid greens, and the same chicken with a different sauce of course. Anyway, do I recommend this little chicken joint? That's a big 10-4! Most definitely! And I'm sorry Huey Magoo's for the bad rating without even actually trying the food 1st. But I still don't like the fact that there are no shakes available 😔”

“Mike Sloan and his crew saved us from a horrible major remodel nightmare on two bathrooms. In short, another contractor/designer who started work in mid-Sep 2017 just never showed up again after mid-Dec 2017 leaving us with a non-functioning bathroom i.e. no electric, toilet, cabinets, sinks, countertops, gaping area on one side showing the studs, etc. Said contractor also failed to pay for goods to be installed, not even counting how much we had already paid them for this unfinished fiasco. Please note, this contractor has shut down the business in Hernando Co. We were in contact with Mike and he sat down with us on 3 Jan 2018 to work up a plan and budget to get this project finished. The day after we spoke, Gemini was here installing the cabinets, a plumber, electrician and glass company were also here seeing what needed to be done. The granite company came on Friday. It was overwhelming to see just what can be accomplished with someone in charge who knows what project management really is. On Jan 17, 2018, just short of two weeks we had a functioning and 99% finished bathroom. The custom shower will be here within the week. My husband and I can't thank Mike and his people enough. They are conscientious, clean working, take pride in what they are doing but most of all fair to their clients. We highly recommend anyone considering cabinetry and general info on how to handle being your own project manager to sit down with Gemini, you will be very happy you did.”
