“Highly Recommend Dr. Shah and Her Team! I recently visited Dr. Shah's office, and I was thoroughly impressed. The office itself was clean, with updated furnishings and flooring. It didn't have that overpowering chemical smell you sometimes get from cleaning products or air fresheners, which I appreciated. The reception staff was professional, kind, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and didn’t wait long—maybe about 6 minutes—before being shown to the exam room. The staff made sure to update my information and asked all the usual questions, but they were careful to skip the ones I had already answered online. After a brief wait, Dr. Shah came in promptly. I appreciated that she knocked before entering, which seems like a small thing but goes a long way in showing respect for privacy. Dr. Shah was very thorough, taking the time to review my biopsy results with me and explain all of my treatment options in detail. She was thoughtful and opted for the least intrusive approach, which made me feel reassured about her care and decision-making. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Shah and her team for anyone seeking a knowledgeable, considerate, and professional dermatologist.”

“When I received a notice from my insurance company to upgrade the panel in my home, I was worried about finding a qualified contractor to complete the work by the deadline. When I reached out to Amped Electric for a quote, I had a (very reasonable!) written estimate with a detailed scope of work within 24 hours. Not even 48 hours later, they texted me to let me know the permit had been pulled and confirmed the date they would be out to do the upgrade. The day prior to my scheduled install, my electric provider dropped the ball and told me they couldn’t schedule the temporary power shutoff until 3 days after my insurance company’s replacement deadline. Amped *immediately* called my service provider and really went to bat for me to make sure this job would go on as scheduled to meet the deadline. That day, I received multiple updates on the progress while I was at work. When I got home, the first thing I noticed was that Jayson and his crew left the work area cleaner than what they walked into! My service provider was running *very* behind on reconnecting my service. Jayson stuck around for 3 hours after he was done waiting on them — I had to beg the guy to go home as I was driving home from work! He called me hourly to see if I was up and running — they went so above and beyond to hold my provider to make it right with me. I can’t thank them enough. We’re lucky to have this great local, family-owned company run by such good, honest people. They deserve your business — Call them!”

The doctor's associates worked diligently to obtain an appointment date and time that was convenient for me, and then took the time to call with a reminder to ensure everything was a "go". Before I even arrived at the clinic, I was very impressed! When I met the wonderful people at the clinic in person, I was equally impressed, everyone there was working as a team to get me the help I needed. You're not just met by a, "Sign in and sit down," you're met with friendly faces wanting to know what they could do to help you! What a HUGE difference in being treated as a respected patient instead of being just another case. Knowing that specialist visits can make patients a bit nervous, they chatted with me and the other people waiting to see the doctor to put everyone at ease. It's honestly a pleasure to work with kind and personable staff. When I met Dr. Fattah, my admiration exceeded any expectations! The doctor took his time in assessing and evaluating my condition and asking questions that should have been asked over 20 years ago. His professionalism, skill, kindness, and empathy resulted in diagnosing my symptoms and getting me the long-overdue assistance and relief that I needed. He even provided me with a sample pack of my new prescription so that I didn't have a delay in taking it until after it was filled. THIS IS HOW A DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND VISIT SHOULD BE! I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Fattah, and I am so thankful for his wonderful staff! The Headache and Neurology Clinic is THE BEST!”
