Highly Recommend Dr. Shah and Her Team!

I recently visited Dr. Shah's office, and I was thoroughly impressed. The office itself was clean, with updated furnishings and flooring. It didn't have that overpowering chemical smell you sometimes get from cleaning products or air fresheners, which I appreciated. The reception staff was professional, kind, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and easy.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and didn’t wait long—maybe about 6 minutes—before being shown to the exam room. The staff made sure to update my information and asked all the usual questions, but they were careful to skip the ones I had already answered online. After a brief wait, Dr. Shah came in promptly. I appreciated that she knocked before entering, which seems like a small thing but goes a long way in showing respect for privacy.

Dr. Shah was very thorough, taking the time to review my biopsy results with me and explain all of my treatment options in detail. She was thoughtful and opted for the least intrusive approach, which made me feel reassured about her care and decision-making.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Shah and her team for anyone seeking a knowledgeable, considerate, and professional dermatologist.

We are so happy we were referred to Dr. Rishi Patel by a friend a couple years ago. He is a fantastic Dr. My husband and I both are patients of Dr. Patel and it has been a pleasure for us. His bedside manner is excellent, takes the time to answer all your questions and explain things to you but most of all his friendliness and caring put him over the top!! Thank-you very much Dr. Patel, you are awesome!!

Third time is the charm! After two other dermatologists, I have finally found a really good one! Lotus Dermatology is professional, and their staff is outstanding. You can tell the love their job/what they do - which is helping patients (vs. just trying to make a $$ like the others).

He is always very pleasant and doesn’t rush.
The staff is very friendly also. Only one issue was they changed my appointment to their new off in Crystal River and never asked me. When I noticed I called and they got me changed back to Brooksville office the following week. Other than that I think this is a great doctor.

My husband came in for a skin cancer check , he had an aggressive skin carcinoma before and needed to get checked again, Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and gladly explains everything! He's caring and professional along with the staff working in his office! We highly recommend him!!!!
