Fantastic service. The first time I took my sister with dementia to this wonderful dentist, they identified 2 major problems with an infected tooth and a fractured tooth. They stayed after closing time to fix the issues before I took her back to her assisted living facility. Her previous dentist in Tallahassee never came out to talk to my older sister or me when we accompanied her. This was despite the fact we told the receptionist she had dementia. This is now our sister's permanent dentist!

The whole staff in the office are very helpful and attentive to all my needs. I’m terrible with names but my dental technician was very good with my care. She was always professional, but kind and considerate at all times. It was easier because of her friendliness and warmth.

Made an emergency denture repair appointment call last Thursday and was seen the next day at 10am. The DA determined my upper plate was repairable, left office at 10:30 and office called me at 3:00pm to come back and pickup my repaired plate. Nice people and very accommodating. Thank you again.

I am not a fan of the dentist. At other dentists, I have been left feeling like my nervousness (and fear) was unwarranted. At Shuayb, every single person has made me feel validated and has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable. I can not say enough how happy I am to have a dentist I enjoy going to. I still have much catch up to do, but I know I'm in good hands 😊

I was glad that I found this dental practice. I am one of those people who are not a fan of dentists. The staff is friendly, efficient. The office is very organized. From confirming my insurance, to the initial exam of X-rays and the dentist explaining exactly what treatment plan recommended was a pleasant experience. I was given a breakdown of what my insurance covered and what my responsibilities would be. I was scheduled a much needed, deep cleaning with Mohammed. He explained step by step what he would be doing and was patient with me being anxious . I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is hesitant about dental care, or seeking a professional, compassionate practice.
