StatMed Urgent Care Brooksville

My experience was phenomenal. The front staff personnel were warm and welcoming. I received the most professional, comprehensive, and courteous care. I felt genuinely cared for from when I entered the building until I departed. I was able to get lab results right away; thus, alleviating any anxiety I am very grateful to have the level of professional care in my community.

I get a sinus infection 4x a year and I don’t want to make the drive to my PCP who is over an hour away so I go to StatMed which has an AMAZING STAFF! I actually look forward to my visits here. The Nurses and the Nurse Practitioners are kind, friendly, caring, thorough, and very knowledgeable.
I check in, pay my co-copay, and I am in an exam room within 5 minutes of walking in the door. The office staff are extremely efficient and friendly too!
I know that when I go to StatMed I will be treated kindly, have some laughs with the staff, and most importantly I will be feeling better after a few days of antibiotics.

I had tried to find several urgent cares, and either they weren’t open, there were no doctors on staff, or they were closed permanently. It was a joy when I did fine this urgent care. Everyone there had a good attitude and were cheery. Nothing but positive Vibes. The person that took my vitals was very friendly and it’s same as knowledgeable. I was so impressed with my doctor. She was thorough, understood my needs And also explained how acute my URI was. I thought all this time that my lungs must look terrible inside and she told me my chest is fine and that it was my bronchial tubes. I actually thought that they were one and the same. She treated me appropriately explaining that if it’s not gone in 10 days return. I’ve been to hospital ER and only one urgent care in my life but I can tell you that I will return to this one, if necessary! I give everything and everyone there Five stars!

Cannot say enough good things about my visit yesterday. I was examined and treated quickly. The office was very clean. Mark was thorough and I felt respected and heard. The front desk staff and nurse were equally as friendly.

Editing to add, I brought my son just recently, he saw Morning Star and she was absolutely amazing as well! My son was so comfortable with her and was treated so well. He had labs, urine, and X-rays and all went smoothly. They treat you like you are their only patient. So after an adult visit and now also a pediatric visit I am confident there isn't a better urgent care in this county!

I was here about 3 weeks ago and I am so grateful for them. I went to oak hill prior in the week and they told me it was viral, still being extremely ill and dehydrated, I decided to give this urgent care a try. Within minutes I was brought back and being cared for immediately, they tried drawing my blood a few times but it was difficult because of how dehydrated i was but after a few tries they got it and were able to run testing. Come to find out oak hill lied and i was having a bad allergic reaction. They provided me with an IV bag to help hydrate me and were able to give me medication through the IV as well. The PA and the nurse made me feel heard and understood. They treated me like a friend, they were extremely helpful, nice and friendly. I will recommend this place every single time to anyone in the Brooksville area. I refuse to ever go back to Oak Hill. This place is cheaper and better treatment. This is by far the best care I had received in years. I am so beyond grateful for them. Thank you so much!
