Three Seasons Mobile Home Park

It is a Very beautiful 55 and up Mobile Home Park! The homes and landscape are kept well. And all of the residents & the staff are very friendly. It has that Southern Charm. Where everyone smiles 😊 & waves! 👋Its located near town. Very close to a bus stop, Dollar General and a Chevron gas station.The pond is centrally located within the park. With a fountain ⛲ It is beautiful! Especially at night! There is a gazebo that is Pleasant to view pond or sit & feed the many turtles and ducks! Catch and release Fishing is also okay! Residents have use of very nice, big, clean pool. And other facilities including Clubhouse, laundry room and more! Visiting family and friends are welcomed!

This seems like a really nice place to live! I have an appointment to look at some mobile homes next Monday so I will know more about it then. I do know they have a pool but I don't know much else yet.

I wound up buying a place here and have been here almost a year. Most of the people are friendly and helpful. Because of the pandemic the activities are at a minimum, but that's how it is everywhere. Hopefully that will end soon!! It's a nice quiet place, I like it!

I have visited the past 2 years. My sister and her husband reside in this community. I have seen a great improvement at the pool. It feels like somebody cares. Some of the yards and carports still need some cleaning up but all in all most residents seem to take care of their homes. People are very friendly. Always having some kind of fun at the clubhouse.
