(August 6, 2023, 6:35 am)I have friends that live there. It's a very clean and quiet place. It's right off a major highway (19) but back far enough where as you don't hear all that road noise.

(January 8, 2022, 9:56 am)They did not have any homes when I called them! But they did tell me that they have enough empty spaces in the property that can have homes ordered and delivered to the community. Not my cup of tea, but it is interesting. The time range however is between 12 to 18 months. Guess I will keep looking with the wife, but the community is beautiful and clean. Staff was real friendly!
