“There’s 3 professions I’m always scared to trust… a doctor, a lawyer and a mechanic. I may have taken years to find the first two but the last, the mechanic, only took a phone call - Paul. I received the “triangle of death” at the beginning of the new year & I instantly panicked. Frantically called around for quotes while simultaneously stressing over my bank account. I told my partner I don’t care if we drive to the 7 mile marker in The Keys (coming from Jacksonville) - I’m not and cannot give Toyota 5k. A few Google’s and SHAZAAM! I find Paul! Paul corresponded with me consistently over the course of 2 weeks and we scheduled me in to bring my 2013 Toyota Prius. Paul and his father serviced, installed the new battery and even topped off the fluids I was lacking within record time! His lovely wife, Tiffany, entertained me and my partner while the guys got the job done and she was even multitasking and putting in work on her moms car while keeping us laughing! I had mentioned a few things I’ve procrastinated over due to cost and hard times (one being my ac), Paul jumped right in and even fixed my ac issue (which was out for two years). I love my car and have for almost 8 years now… Paul had me humming back to Jacksonville with ac and a new battery within an hour thirty for a beyond reasonable and feasible amount! Just incredible. I’m actually looking forward to seeing them all again! And now that Paul has made me aware of certain codes I didn’t know about - I’m sure I’ll be seeing them sooner than later. :) Thanks Paul and family! I’m so happy to finally find my trusted mechanic.”

“I got a phone call from my mother, Betty Bell, last evening. She is 86 years old this month. She was telling me about her unexpected adventures of the day, which ended at this fine establishment. The day before, she noticed damage to a cosmetic piece near the hood of her van. While she was getting gas, she asked another customer where to get her car fixed. The first place that was recommended was Minnie's. So, she headed to Minnie's place. Unfortunately, they were unable to help her with this repair and sent her to Knight's Auto Body. She was pleasantly greeted by a man who helped her with parking. She said there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The gentleman looked at the damage and proceeded to fix it. He declined my mother's attempt to pay him. I am so grateful that she had such an amazing experience with this business. I live on the east coast of Florida so this has given me the priceless gift of peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking care of my mom and for your kindness.”

“I just have to chime in on the review from Mindy Thayer. She is a low income customer I delivered to for years and tried to help by delivering small amounts of propane. Normally ALL companies require a full fill, but I was trying to work with her because she was on a tight budget. The gauge on the tank DOES work and it is standard for ANY company to turn tank off and have customer call for restart when they run out of fuel, ( she was a will call, meaning we only deliver when customer calls for delivery. She would wait until she was almost out of fuel before she'd call in ). We turn tank off for SAFETY REASONS. We do take credit cards, etc. I was really surprised at false accusations this lady made. Most of the time I dealt with her in person, she was very pleasant. Didn't understand the " fighting with driver for 4 years" comment. If customer would just fill tank and let me come on a schedule to top off tank, and pay the bill, she would never run out of gas and have no problems. Trashing me in a review is what I get for trying to help someone who can't afford to pay for a full tank as if I owe her special treatment! No matter how much you try, you just can't please everyone all the time. So many people act like others owe them something. As far as the other negative reviews, well, we've been in business here in Brooksville for 31 years and I think most people who know us would agree we're pretty nice people. I challenge ANYONE to be in business this long dealing with the public and not have a few disgruntled customers. I have to say we've got ALOT of long time customers and most all of them are a pleasure to deal with. We try, but you just can't please everyone.”

“I’ve been to Weeki Washee a number of times with various cars just to get “The Works” wash and it’s normally slightly better than one of those automatic washes for about similar cost. With them being Veteran owned and local I have to support them. Today I wanted to give them a shot to truly show what they could and make my Excursion (with its flaws) shine like new with a full interior/exterior detail. This team did NOT disappoint…they killed it! Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out! The price was fair and the service was spectacular. Truly appreciate the time the techs took and the level of detail put into completing my EX today.”

“Very amazing hidden gem of a place! The food is fantastic! Service as well. I love the atmosphere at this restaurant. It's not like walking into a typical restaurant with lots of different chatter and conversation flooding the whole area. You can hear yourself think and actually enjoy the relaxing music they have. My husband and I went for his birthday. We both enjoyed the food! The crab cake and lobster linguine was AMAZING! Definitely recommend making a reservation and checking the place out if you want a romantic or peace place to get some fantastic food.”

“This is a great store! The staff are super friendly, and very helpful. Nice people all the way around! My wife and I are both vets. When they heard she had been hurt and needed surgery they actually gave her a get well gift. A challenge coin and a lady vet patch. We don't know them personally, but from now on if we need or want anything else we would rather drive 100 miles to see them than go anywhere else. Yes it's that good! This is, and will from now on be our surplus store. We don't care about prices or what we need. We will always go there. Ps. My wife loved the gifts, and proudly tells everyone who about them! “Just spent a week at Talin RV. I limped in with 3 slides that were leaking. And left with all new guardian plates for all 4 slides as well as new slide toppers. Chris, Bethany, Daniel, and Katrina are the best at working on the Monaco coaches. I was treated like family. Their prices are fair too. I would recommend them to everyone. I can’t say enough about how professional they are. I will definitely be back anytime I need them.”
