Realtor Lori Bohach went above and beyond to help us find and buy a home in Citrus County. We lived out of state and had to do a lot of the transaction by phone, e-mail and even looking at the house by Facetime. She was very patient with us as we had a lot of question about buying a home out of state. We felt very confident in Lori's ability as our realtor as we didn't step foot in the house till the day before closing. I don't think we would have our new home if it wasn't for Lori.

We had the pleasure of bumping into Suzanne Boynton at an Open house while we were out and about. We instantly loved her vibe and personality and asked her to help us find a home. She immediately started that night sending us properties and connecting us with a mortgage lender. We spent a few weekends looking at houses from morning to evening…. She was so patient with us and extremely diligent! Once we found the house we loved she pushed so hard for us to get it… even after our offer was declined multiple times. We finally had success with the house and Suzanne was very thorough throughout the whole process! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the area and everything to look for when buying a new home!
We are first time homeowners and so glad that we “bumped into” Suzanne that day, because I couldn’t imagine having had anyone else by my side during this process. She’s always welcome to our pool parties and is like family to us now!

Lori was wonderful to work with. She made the difficult experience of looking for a home fun. She quickly figured out "my style" and made sure she didn't waste my time by showing me homes that did not fit what I wanted. She is very thoughtful and kind. I believe that we got our beautiful home because of her honest attitude. The bidding war started on the first day that the house, that we wanted, went up for sale. The owner's realtor liked her and he accepted "our" offer, at the sale price, even though he had his own buyer which would have been a win win for him. I will use Lori for all of my future real estate needs.

We worked with Julie Rice who helped us buy our dream home on the water in Hudson. Julie spent several day looking in person with us and continued the search after we headed back to MA. We stayed in touch and she checked out homes for us in a fast selling market. When she found a house that had all the main priorities on our list she acted quickly and helped us get an offer in and secure the home. She went above and beyond for us and "bought" us a home sight unseen that we absolutely love! Julie helped us out the whole way through financing and closing from out of state and made the transaction smooth and easy.
