I am buying from out of state. I chose them as a referral from another who was booked. Turned out to be my best decision. Impressed me and my realtor company. The level of attention to detail and the indepth inspection saved me from buying a money pit. Used him for every inspection since.

Mark inspected the home we're selling for the buyers. We were impressed with his service so we hired him for the home we were buying. His detailed inspection helped us decide to pass on that house. He then performed the inspection on the next home we ended up purchasing. Hopefully we won't need to for several years but we would definitely hire him again.

Very thorough home inspector found breakers that didn't trip and a wire way to short in the panel. Educated me about everything before I gave the title company escrow. Worth the piece of mind and at 325$ a steal for a house 3300 under roof. Prompt professional home inspector who still has a 5 star rating on Google thank you Mark!!

We were blown away with his thoroughness. He pays extra attention to every detail. The report we received explain things in detail with pictures to provide further explanation. I would reccomend no one other than Mark for home inspections.

Mark did an amazing job with our home inspections, his report was really really well done. Complete with great pictures of anything and everything that needed to be noted. Easy to understand and he's also easy to work with. He doesn't miss anything and what he does find has a great way of explaining to you to make it understandable.
