We sold our home 4 years ago thanks to Joanne LaPhan. We initially listed it with another Realtor which listed, never saw her after that along with not ever seeing her once in 6 mos. She did managed to call requesting reductions in price often. Then Joanne was referred to us by a co-worker that purchased a home through Joanne and was completely satisfied with the manner in which she did an outstanding job for them. Firing the previous Realtor, we met with Joanne. Joanne explained the obstacles to selling our home due to the unique construction, finding the right buyers for this home was going to be a little harder than a cookie cutter home. All Joanne's comments, recommendations and pricing of our home was spot on. Joanne not only listed the home, but actively shown it, finding the perfect buyer she knew the home would require. Joanne is honest, very caring and conscious that she treats everyone as she would want to be treated herself. To assure that happens, Joanne will speak up for her buyers or sellers when someone tries to take advantage, which happens often in that business. JoAnne sold me my first home which I still live in today.
