I am addressing this review to the seller who is confused and believes that Larry should be working for him to sell his house. He did. He brought you a buyer. By real estate law he cannot talk to you, and he didn't. You had no conversations, no dealings with Larry. Your agent or maybe you and your wife set an astronomical price on a house that appraised way under that price. You should have had an appraisal from the beginning, something Larry insists on with his sellers. Larry did nothing for you - he sold your house. He sold your furniture to the buyer. Is there anything else he did for you? Oh yes when you had a package addressed to your old residence he went and got it and gave it to you. Mr. Chiaromonte you just don't want to accept the fact that you set the price, you did not find a buyer, you did not sell your furniture, you are pissed off and at the wrong person.

Larry is honest and sincere. He is patient, and works very hard for his clients. His vast knowledge of real estate enabled us to navigate through what is usually a complex process with ease. If you are looking to buy or sell a home Larry is the man to see.

I had had 2 other agents that did absolutely nothing. In fact the second agent actually tried hard, to the point I felt she was working for the buyer, for me to take a very bad offer.
