I’ve been seeing doctor ward since I was about 3 years old and I’m 18 now and I still see her. She remembers details of my life and I feel that she is a great doctor. She is kind but to the point, when you need something prescribed she has always had it done and ready fast, and I’m glad I got to see her for so long. Hoping I can’t find another primary like her when I’m older
We love everyone here! I’ve been taking my son since he was 6 months old and my daughter her whole life. Now they are 14 and 10. Dr Ward & Dr Wong truly care about each child and it shows by the time they take to listen to them and help them.
Great staff and Doctors. I been using them both Dr ward and Dr Wong for 8 years. Dr.Ward gets to know each child and remembers small details that let you know she's truly paying attention. The long wait can get frustrating but its because she putting her all in and making sure everyone gets her best. I'm a terrible patient at times (I hate waiting ) but she's always a wonderful Doctor! She's always there even when she's sick and that says alot about her dedication and character. Thank you so much Dr Ward our family is lucky to have you .
I've been taking my children to Dr. Ward for 9 years & we absolutely love her! Her compassion & understanding is to be applauded. Yes, there are times you wait to see but she listens to what you have to say. Working in healthcare, I know scheduling can be difficult. Your child is her first priority and if they are sick, you will be seen, regardless of her busy schedule.
I have a 15 year old boy with severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I moved to the area recently and was very nervous about changing doctors. I am happy to say that Jennifer Ward is by far the best doctor that I have ever encountered. She is caring, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile for my son. I only wish that she was my doctor as well. You can trust her to methodically approach any medical issue with the utmost professionalism. Her entire staff is wonderful, also doing whatever it takes to help you and your child. I can't thank the entire team enough!!!
