I had an issue with brand new trailer. The A /C went out on first trip. Couldn’t get trailer to Camping World due to be in NY and trailer in Fla. Found Eric from Be there. Spoke to him over phone he came by and diagnosed a poorly brazed tube that had come loose. He notified manufacturer and had new unit ship and he installed all under warranty! New unit has been working great since. All this done via phone call! If in need I definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome. We bought a used camper and they helped us learn how to run it in all ways. They installed a stableizer and all that goes with it. They install a new radeo and wineguard. All while being find and patient with us. Thanks guys. We'almost ready to go

Eric was absolutely great. He came out on Memorial to get our motor home started. The batteries were run down because of 8 month not being used. He got it started and then took a ride in it to charge the batteries. His charge for his work was extremely fair. Two days later, his assistant swapped out the starting batteries. Again, the cost was very fair.

Eric is wonderful. Came the first trip checking out the RV air condition that would
cool. He called my extended service contract company. Handled the service and
New Colman Mach A/C. He said he would return the next day to complete the
work and replace the A/C. My only cost was my deductible of $100.00.
Eric had wonderful customer service and he knows what he is doing as far as
RV Repair. If your RV is out of warranty by MFG. Contact Eric at BE THERE RV.
Wonderful experience; the dealership would keep my RV for months on even simple
repairs.
