Quest Diagnostics Springhill Landover

Okay so I made an appointment here after the debacle at the Hudson location, this office is way better than the Hudson location. The staff is friendly and courteous and they even took me earlier than my appointment! I didn't even wait with my appointment, even the patients there were more pleasant. The overall atmosphere was less stressful. Now listen up corporate and owners; in regards to the kiosk; you really need a person to help elderly with these kiosks but at this Spring Hill location, everyone was willing to help. Thank GOODNESS for pleasant experience. This location is where I am going from now on.

Every time I schedule an appointment, I am seen very quickly once I get to the location. All staff is very friendly and great! My grandfather and I recently saw Macrina and she was wonderful. I would recommend Quest on Landover!

I had a great experience. I walked in at 10am with no appointment on a Wednesday, no more than a 10 mins wait.

I have really tough veins to find and Tricia and Chris always know exactly how to find them! They gave me excellent customer service and didn’t once make me feel bad for how tricky my veins are. Tricia and Chris are so kind and helpful and superior at their work.

Doctor ordered a blood draw and urine sample and I googled Quest. They have lots of locations but I wanted an early time and the Landover location offered 0530 as the earliest. I took 0610. You check in on an easy to use touch pad. The phobotemist calls you in an her tiny space does a painless blood draw. Easy peasey.
