The Palms Assisted Living

My father was a resident of The Palms for approximately 4 years. During that time, my dad was always treated with respect and dignity. As his health deteriorated the Palms stepped up and made my dad as comfortable as he could possibly be. They did so much for my dad- in my opinion going above and beyond what these larger assisted living facilities would do, from preparing special foods for him, to literally sitting there with my dad and spoon feeding him. I could go on and on over how much love and compassion they show ALL the residents at their home but there isn’t enough space. Thank you Ongelia, Pat and all the staff for taking such great care of my dad. Much love and gratitude to you all!

The family and caregivers at The Palms Assisted Living are truly amazing. They have a beautiful home where a dedicated staff treats the residents like family. What they have to offer went above and beyond my expectations. They cared for my father who suffered from the final stages of dementia. They provided a very high level of care, and did so while preserving his dignity. I highly recommend The Palms!

My mother's care as a resident at The Palms was exceptional. All staff treated her with dignity, respect and compassion and were quite accommodating to her, me and our other family members who visited. Visitors are welcome at any time into this very clean, well-maintained private house that cares for several residents (Mom was one of 6 residents, not one of 200). Hot foods are served at every meal & are prepared with fresh ingredients and an individual's requests &/or preferences are honored. I was extremely pleased to see 2 generators stored in the garage prior to hurricane season 2017. I would have no reservations about recommending The Palms for the care of your loved ones.

THE PALMS has been home for my mother for around 8 years now. During that time she has had excellent care that has been adjusted when needed to accommodate her changing health needs. In researching private assisted living facilities, I found THE PALMS to feel more like a home and not like an institution. My mother is not like a "number" there. Plus, they have always made me and my family feel like we are welcome to visit any time of day or night. Over the years, our family has been very pleased with THE PALMS.
