I can't believe this particular branch is anything short of 5 plus stars! I love everybody in this branch! They are so good to work with! I've been dealing with them for decades! So sorry it took me so long to write this review! Thanks everybody at Truist!! You guys rock!

When you read the complaints, it's by irresponsible people who can't perform the tasks of simple arithmetic in not overdrafting. They have Always been professional and courteous to me, but then again I know how to balance a checkbook.

Tina, the branch coordinator, was extremely helpful. I'd gone in to speak with David, who has been very helpful to me and, more recently, my daughter. He was in an appointment and Tina assisted me and was very professional, along with being friendly. She was able to explain things I didn't understand about my account and updated my account.
This branch on Mariner Blvd is a pleasure to deal with.
