I am so pleased I chose Downing Funeral Home for my husband. They were here to pick him up within 20 minutes after Hospice called . They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye before they took him. They called me the next day to set up an appointment at my convenience to come in and do the initial paperwork. Stan was great with us during the process. They definitely deserve a 5 plus.

Very kind, professional, and compassionate business. My father passed away and Downing helped my mother make the arrangements hassle free. A beautiful presentation and service. Staff was absolutely wonderful.

My husband passed away from a fatal accident. I called Downing Funeral Home the morning after I received the horrible news of my husband and spoke to Faith and she scheduled an appointment for me that day. Faith was so wonderful throughout this process and being a young widow now, this was all so new to me. She took her time and went over everything. I am forever grateful for Faith and all the people from Downing who were so sympathetic and nice.

Chris was wonderful. We lost a family member sudden but not unexpected. He was very understanding and knew how shook up we were and didn't rush us into anything, he gave us all the information and options we had and assured us that they were taking care of our family member , he followed up the next day and walked us through our tons of questions.
