Not understanding. “What a great place. There's things to do for the entire family. Everybody here is very friendly from the staff to the other members. From the very first day, you feel like you're part of a very close-knit group of people. There are so many classes and activities throughout the week. They even offer daycare for your children while you work out. If you're a senior citizen, this is the place for you. The YMCA is loaded with other seniors to socialize with.”

“What a welcome addition to our area! I have the pleasure of taking Pilates classes at Main Spring Pilates with Cami as my instructor, and I cannot recommend it enough! The studio is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Cami is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who pays attention to each individual's needs and abilities, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session. I had never tried Pilates before, but Cami made me feel comfortable from the start and explained the exercises clearly. “I was very nervous to attend my first appointment. Having just moved here from Canada I was really hoping it was a good office and that the Dr. was good. I was stressing myself out for nothing. Although I waited for 3 hrs. and 30 minutes. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and answered any question I had without hesitation. It was so comforting. “When I 1st went to see Lydia I didn't know what to expect but after going to her twice I've been inflicted with a bad infection in. My lungs for the last 3 years buteen able to breathe and been to several specialists none of them been able to figure out what was wrong with me. But after seeing Lydia twice I feel. Totally healed I breathe really good again my pain is gone my burning is gone. I am a true believer in Lydia and I think she's very talented.
