“What a welcome addition to our area! I have the pleasure of taking Pilates classes at Main Spring Pilates with Cami as my instructor, and I cannot recommend it enough! The studio is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Cami is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who pays attention to each individual's needs and abilities, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session. Modifications are offered to individualize your yoga practice. Zumba with Vee is my happy hour! Danielle makes Barre fun and always has the best playlists. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, including the others working out Along side you. The coaches push you to be the best you can be with guidance and structure.
