Lauren's instructions are always very clear and concise. Knowing how to breath, how your muscles should contract, spine position, etc. is so integral to getting the most of out Pilates and not getting hurt. Was recommended by my hair dresser who had gone to the massage therapist (Jill) who works there (on specific areas of the body you have issues with).
