“From the minute I walked in the intake lady at the front desk was pleasant and efficient to process me to be ready for the technician. Jordan the mammography tech was absolutely wonderful!!! So caring and understanding. Then the ultrasound technician was just as lovely. I wish I remembered her name. The facility is clean. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled arrival time and was in and out after having both modalities. They have Saturday appointments which is great for working people.”

Just for the record, I filled out an online request looking for health insurance and she called me to discuss my needs. I have been using the insurance provider she recommended that fit my budget for over a year now. I have been very pleased with her recommendation. “I was referred to Dr Sidholm back in 2000/ 2001 for a work related injury.. he was a great help to me.. I had to have surgery again in 2013, at the time. Very pleased with Dr. Sidholm and 95% of the staff. The only down side is there is a wait time of at least 2hrs when you have an appointment. I will and have referred others to his office. After my surgery in 2013 I was sent to another Dr. The office wanted cash up front, when I said I have insurance, was told "oh no first visit is cash"!! I stated "why would I pay cash when I paid for ins" I walked out. So I made sure I got the referral back to Dr. Sidholm. Thank you Dr. Sidholm.”

I decided to try Shuayb Dental on Mariner and I was absolutely pleased from the first phone call to the first visit. Today I got my front teeth beautifully restored and so amazingly done! The 3.5 hours I spent were worth it and beyond. I wish I had brought a blanket as it was a bit chilly for the long wait. But everyone who knew what just went through and the solution I got were amazed! Technology and the very wonderful staff of Dr Shuayb made this office quite the exceptional practice I've seen. I was told by my Pediatric Oncologist that Dr Maholtra would be the adult Oncologist that he trusted with my care from here on out and was one of his dear friends. “I'm honestly SHOCKED at the bad reviews. Just remember, most people only leave a review if they're unhappy, so for one bad review there are MANY more happy, satisfied patients. I've been bringing my children to see Dr. Wong for eleven years, since my oldest was born. We LOVE Dr Wong, Dr Ward, Nikki, and the nurses. Dr. Wong has never once made me feel like I was being a crazy, first time mom when I came to him with my concerns when my babies were little. He sat down at eye level with me, listened to me, told me his instructions, and them wrote them out for me. He picked up on things that even I didn't and recommended them to specialists. We moved to NPR for a couple of years and still kept Dr. Wong as the kid's pediatrician because he's that good. The wait is longer because the doctors/Nikki take their time with you and that should be applauded, not criticized. Also, if you call wanting to see a doctor because your child is sick, they will move heaven and earth to get you in the same day.”
