“We were stuck 50 miles away from our location. After diagnosing the problem, we called around nearby to see if the part was available. Noone had it, but Napa said they can get it in by 2pm. It arrived before 2pm and the total cost was more than $100 less than the other retailers and the others promised to have it by 5pm.
