Royal Highlands by Maronda Homes

First time home buyers and never thought of a new build, we met with Mark DeVasto and I am so glad we did. Having lots of questions for Mark about literally everything, he was amazing at being patient and explaining it all step by step. Mark definitely knows what he is talking about and I appreciate his honesty. The process has been so smooth and exciting. We can’t wait to move into our new home by Maronda in Royal Highlands with our best friends buying right next to us. Thank you Mark, your the best!!!!!

We are building with Maronda Homes and we are loving the process. We close on our new home on May 26th and are so happy with our salesperson Mark D in the Brooksville office!

The first person I met with Maronda was Kathy at the Hexam office. I felt like I knew her forever. She was very friendly and answered every question my wife or I had. The second person was Matt, the construction supervisor. He went above and beyond on walk the through and went over every detail.

The only thing I would complain about is there were minor problems with plumbing and cabinet work that if the workers took there time it would have been noticed. I did notify Matt and the warranty department and they had a crew out to my house immediately who were professional and fixed the problems.

I was very scared at first going with Maronda after reading so many bad reviews, but my wife and I are very happy with our NEW HOME.
